Littleton recorded 19 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8. Ten deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $325,990 to $1,250,000, with a median of $704,000. The month's top sale was 186 Foster St. at $1,250,000, followed closely by 81 Tahattawan Rd. at $1,225,000; Foster Street alone saw two sales top $1 million. Nine of the 19 transfers carried no disclosed price, and seven of those were transfers between parties sharing a family name, typically into or out of a trust. The data shows a mix of high-end sales and undisclosed family transfers rather than a single clear market direction.
