Foster Street sales anchor active July for Littleton home prices

Littleton recorded 19 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, though only nine listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $300,000 to $1,250,000, with a median of $975,000. The month's top sale was 186 Foster Street, which sold for $1,250,000 on July 13; a second Foster Street home sold for $1,110,000 four days later. At least six of the 19 recorded transfers appear to be trust or family transfers rather than open-market sales, and more than half the month's deeds carried no disclosed price, limiting a full read on local values.
