LITTLETON — The Littleton Financial Management Policy Group reviewed proposed changes to the town's Financial Management Policy in a working session led by Finance Committee participant Steve Venuti. The group examined revisions covering the financial management team structure, Tax Increment Financing oversight, revolving fund authority, capital planning procedures, and the formal budget process. No formal votes were recorded.
The group will reconvene Friday, March 20, at 9 a.m. to review finalized edits.
