Disability Commission reports steady progress on accessibility work
Disability Commission · Meeting of February 27, 2026
Littleton Disability Commission monitors accessibility initiatives and housing development as permitting advances. Vice Chair Erich Manser reported that mandatory ADA Title II website improvements remain on schedule for an April 2027 deadline, with website controller CivicPlus providing compliant content and new PDF and document-access features. Transportation service utilization has increased with successful Town Meeting shuttle service through Emerson Health Services, though existing monthly reports do not track usage specifically among people with disabilities.
A 44-unit residential development at 550 Kin Street is scheduled to move to permitting on March 5.
