CrossTown Connect Wins $96,690 Grant to Relaunch Transit Programs

CrossTown Connect Transportation Management Association has been awarded a $96,690 grant to relaunch its regional transportation programs, the town announced, while the Littleton Planning Board separately seeks resident input on a joint Acton-Littleton transportation improvement survey.

CrossTown Connect, the regional transportation management association serving Littleton and neighboring communities, has received a $96,690 grant to relaunch its programs, according to the town. The funding is aimed at restoring transit services in the region after a period of reduced offerings.

Separately, the Littleton Planning Board is collecting resident feedback through an Acton and Littleton Transportation Improvement Survey, part of the town's broader look at regional transit corridors connecting the two communities.

SCHOOLS

Littleton Public Schools is also running a used sneaker drive as part of its start-of-year activities, according to the district's website. No collection dates or drop-off details were listed.
