Conservation Commission defers dock decision, seeks town counsel input

Littleton Conservation Commission examines options for eight unpermitted docks on town parcel. The commission heard proposals from dock maintainers, represented by Dustin Neild, for three management options ranging from private licensing to hybrid public-private arrangements, with Co-Chair Chase Gerbig directed to consult Town Counsel and present recommendations February 3. The commission voted unanimously (7-0) to approve its December 16 minutes and decided to pursue Community Preservation Committee funding for a Braille Trail project rather than applying for a MassTrails grant.
An Appeals Court decision affirmed the commission's Amended Order of Conditions for 6 Cottage Way.
