Conservation Commission approves Scout project for Webster Woods

Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 7, 2026

Littleton Conservation Commission approves Scout project and septic system order. The commission unanimously approved Gian Modica's Scout project to construct a swing sign at Webster Woods' Bulkeley Road entrance and blaze orange, blue, and yellow trails, with completion expected by June. The commission also unanimously issued an Order of Conditions for septic system replacement at 17 Worcester Ave following Board of Health approval and waiver grants.

In ongoing enforcement actions, the commission continued discussions on unpermitted dredging at 8 Blood Road and at 2 and 6 Blood Road, with commissioners exploring in-kind restoration contributions toward lake management rather than costly underwater surveys.
