Conservation Commission amends Blood Road enforcement orders

Littleton Conservation Commission approves dock placement at two Blood Road enforcement sites. The Commission voted unanimously to amend enforcement orders for properties at 8 Blood Road and 2 and 6 Blood Road, authorizing dock placement with no-wake buoy requirements and mandatory plantings for wetland restoration. Owners must complete three-year monitoring periods.

The Commission also approved 5-0 a land use permit for BSA Troop 1 backpacking on conservation lands and voted 6-0 to return leftover peer review funds to applicants. A continued hearing on National Grid transmission line improvements work was scheduled for June 23.
