Commission amends enforcement order for unpermitted dredging case

Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 30, 2026

Littleton Conservation Commission votes to restrict waterfront activities at unpermitted dredging site. The board voted four to one with one abstention to amend an Enforcement Order at 8 Blood Road to explicitly prohibit dock installation and motorboat traversal. Conservation Commission member Edward Fultz voted against the amendment; member Michael J Livingston abstained.

The action follows property owner John Scott's installation of a dock and boat in violation of the cease-and-desist order, with Conservation Agent Tim Pearson now authorized to issue citations for further violations.
