Littleton Charter Committee reshapes municipal governance with key votes. Chair Betsy Bohling guided the committee through a seven-to-two vote to recommend the Town Clerk position be appointed rather than elected. In unanimous votes, the committee recommended the Parks and Recreation Board and Board of Health change from elected to appointed positions.

The Planning Board remains elected, with the committee agreeing to reduce terms from five years to three years.
