Charter Committee continues review toward May deadline

Littleton Charter Committee · Meeting of April 13, 2026

Littleton Charter Committee continues charter draft refinement toward May deadline. Vice Chair Joseph Knox led the April 13 meeting with members Kyle Bubp, Charlotte Dolenz, Karen McCloskey, John Allen McRae, and Robert Rounce, joined remotely by Chair Betsy Bohling. The committee refined language on administrative organization, clarifying that town manager recommendations for reorganizations go to the Select Board for approval.

The committee also narrowed exceptions to Select Board member service restrictions and removed Finance Committee references from town moderator appointment language. The committee unanimously approved March 16 minutes and plans informational materials for the spring town meeting.
