Littleton Charter Committee advances its Charter review with facility and accounting decisions. Chair Betsy Bohling convened seven of nine members to continue the line-by-line Charter document review in preparation for Select Board forwarding expected within several sessions. The committee approved language explicitly excluding the School Committee, Board of Library Trustees, Littleton Electric Light and Water Department, and Parks and Recreation Commission from Town Manager authority over town facilities, flagging complex property-designation issues for Town Counsel review.
