LITTLETON — Board of Health unanimously approves septic variance at 15 Town Road. Chair Kevin E Baker, Clerk Elizabeth Donegan, and Member Matt Wayson voted to grant the variance for a repaired septic system with a new tank, pump chamber, and geomatic leach field, conditional on Town Council approval of a three-bedroom deed restriction. The Board required a poly barrier around the garage and accepted a sieve analysis in place of a perc test due to site constraints identified by the peer review firm.

In separate action, the Board unanimously approved tobacco sales regulations effective September 1, 2026, and appointed Health Director Kelli Calo as agent for the coming year.
