Board of Health approves septic system variance for Springfield Drive property
Board of Health · Meeting of January 28, 2026
LITTLETON — Board of Health approves variances for Springfield Drive septic upgrade. The Littleton Board of Health unanimously approved a variance request to reduce groundwater offset from 4 feet to 2 feet and allow fill within 10 feet of the property line for a septic system upgrade at 47 Springfield Drive, represented by Kurt FitzPatrick of Civil Solutions on behalf of homeowner Cynthia Napoli. The Health Director confirmed the design minimizes groundwater separation without requiring off-site fill.
In separate action, the Board continued a hearing on a proposed GeoMat Septic System at 9 Woodland Drive pending clarification of a discrepancy between the application description and public records regarding bedroom count.
