Littleton Board of Assessors approves three property tax abatements in January meeting. The board unanimously cleared three property tax bills in a January 15 virtual meeting, including a personal property under a Payment In Lieu of Taxes agreement, a town-owned parcel, and a property where clerical error had inflated the valuation above the $10,000 minimum billing threshold. Chair Fred Freund and members Pamela Campbell, Peter Barbella, and Debra J Brine voted unanimously to remove all three bills from the tax rolls.
