Board approves two property applications in septic, building hearings

LITTLETON — Board of Health approves two property applications in evening of hearings. The board unanimously approved a third-floor habitable space conversion at 100 King St and a septic system upgrade at 10 Beaver Brook, which includes a variance to reduce the groundwater offset from four feet to two feet based on soil test results. With only three members present, the board continued hearings at three other addresses pending additional documentation: a two-bedroom septic system proposal at 0 Elm Rd, accessory dwelling concerns at 21 Lake Shore Dr, and groundwater offset review at 18 Long Lake.
