Board of Assessors approved the 2026 Motor Vehicle Commitment No. 5 and Chapter Land documents with near-unanimous support. The motor vehicle commitment passed 3-0 early in the meeting before Chair Fred Freund and member Debra Brine arrived; the three members present voted in favor.

LITTLETON — Board of Assessors approved the 2026 Motor Vehicle Commitment No. 5 and Chapter Land documents with near-unanimous support. The motor vehicle commitment passed 3-0 early in the meeting before Chair Fred Freund and member Debra Brine arrived; the three members present voted in favor. The Chapter Land Lien and Approval Certificates both passed 5-0 after full attendance.
Chief Assessor Kathy Miller updated the board on commercial warehouse values.
