Littleton Affordable Housing Trust prepares statement on King Street affordable housing proposal. The board assigned Marianne Heer and Matthew Nordhaus to prepare a statement for the Planning Board on March 19, with Vice Chair Bartlett Harvey also attending. A Lupoli Company proposal to construct 362 units in Phase One includes only a small number of affordable units where 36 to 37 are required to meet town standards.

The board also discussed a $100,000 funding request for a senior housing feasibility study at 37 Shattuck Street, with the Select Board divided and the AHT deferring further discussion to May.
