Littleton Affordable Housing Trust approves rental assistance for two households. The board unanimously approved aid for LRAP applicant 46, earning $27,000 annually with $2,200 monthly rent, and approved assistance for a family of four with income of $31,194 and rent of $2,700 plus utilities by a vote of 5-0-1, with one member abstaining. The board also approved the fiscal year 2027 budget as amended, adding $100,000 for the 87 Tahattawan Habitat project.
Staff reported eight LRAP recipients will exit the program at the end of June.
