Littleton Affordable Housing Trust unanimously approves FY27 budget and prior meeting minutes. The board voted to accept the $120,000 allocation for the Littleton Rental Assistance Program (LRAP), along with $3,600 for housing consultant services, $500 for board training, and up to $35,000 in potential MHP grant repayment if the Trust declines to proceed with the Durkee Farmhouse project at 260 Foster Street. The Trust simultaneously approved meeting minutes from March 17 and April 14, clearing the consent agenda before scheduling next month's session for June 2026.
